Painting of metal structures and products in a paint-drying chamber measuring 12.0 × 4.0 × 4.5 m.
✔ Tube Bending
Bending of metal tubes with diameters up to 89 mm (wall thickness up to 7 mm), with the option of using mandrels on a 6-axis tube bending machine.
✔ Sheet Metal Bending
Bending of sheet metal products on a CNC press brake; working width up to 4,100 mm, bending force up to 1,700 kN (170 tons).
✔ Plasma Cutting of Metal
Plasma cutting of aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel to size on a machine with a 3,000 × 6,000 mm table; cutting thickness up to 50 mm.
✔ Shearing of Sheet Metal
Cutting (shearing) of sheet metal up to 10 mm thick and 4,100 mm wide on CNC hydraulic guillotine shears.
✔ Metal Cutting on Band Saw
Cutting of metal blanks up to 640 × 440 mm on a semi-automatic band saw.
✔ Welding Services
Welding performed on modern welding equipment. Fabrication of metal structures and embedded items according to customer drawings.
✔ Milling of Metal
Milling operations on a 3-axis CNC milling machine; positioning accuracy 0.025 mm, table dimensions 360 × 1,280 mm.
✔ Turning of Metal
Turning of parts of varying complexity on CNC lathes.
