At KSUP “Voronetsky”, they understand how crucial it is to meet optimal agrotechnical windows for sowing. And with high-performance equipment, this is no problem at all. One such piece of machinery they rely on is the pneumatic universal seeder “Omega 6000 Ferti”, manufactured by LLC “Biokom Technology”.

– We have already operated this unit, which, by the way, was acquired through leasing, for two seasons,” shares Aleksandr Ryzhevsky, the farm’s chief agronomist. – “The seeder features a spacious 5,000-liter bunker. It operates under pressure and is divided into two compartments, allowing simultaneous seed placement and fertilizer application. This offers both convenience and savings in time and resources. Another advantage of the large-capacity bunker is that the operator needs to stop less frequently for refilling. All this positively impacts the pace and overall timeline of field operations. On average, the operator can sow 40–50 hectares per day. Of course, this figure largely depends on terrain and soil type.
In spring, KSUP ‘Voronetsky’ used the ‘Omega 6000 Ferti’ to sow grasses and spring grains. The autumn work schedule is also planned: 700–800 hectares will be allocated for winter grains, approximately 300 hectares for winter rapeseed, and around 100 hectares for alfalfa.
– The seeder maintains excellent stability thanks to its staggered wheel arrangement,” adds Aleksandr Ryzhevsky. – “The presence of discs enables sowing directly into stubble. Inside the cab, the operator has a display showing real-time data on various operating parameters of the ‘Omega 6000 Ferti’. All these features allow us to perform sowing operations efficiently and on schedule, ultimately resulting in a worthwhile harvest.
