LLC “Biokom Technology” produces 26 grades of ready-mix concrete for industrial use, manufactured in accordance with STB 1035-96. Grades range from C8/10 to C35/45. Delivery is carried out using the company’s own concrete mixer trucks.
- For the production of ready-mix concrete and concrete used in the manufacture of its own products, the company employs a high-tech ELKOMIX concrete batching plant (CBP).
- The CBP units are precisely calibrated, ensuring that mixtures are prepared exactly according to customer specifications. The batching plant operates in automatic mode, requiring no additional manual intervention, which minimizes the risk of errors. Two planetary mixers (with volumes of 1 m³ and 0.5 m³) allow for high-quality mixing of both small and large batch volumes.
- Advanced chemical additives and materials are used in the production of concrete mixes, ensuring a high-quality final product.
- Compliance with technological standards is monitored by an in-house production laboratory equipped with modern testing equipment.
Ready-mix concrete production is carried out on a Turkish ELKON production line.
